Mrs. Arnold has been a teacher for 26 years and has been at Governor's Ranch for 20 of them! She has taught kindergarten, first, second, and fourth grade and has loved them all! She studied art, history and reading development while earning her BA degree at UNC and Metro and then went back to school for her Master’s Degree in curriculum and instructional leadership. Mrs. Arnold says that being in the classroom, watching kids learn is magical. Mrs. Arnold’s husband is also a teacher in Jeffco and they have two kids: Ella (18) and Sam (15). Ella is headed to her first year at Reed college in Oregon and Sam will be a Sophomore at Dakota Ridge. During summer, Mrs. Arnold enjoys traveling and camping with her family. She also loves to binge-watch TV shows and movies, read, and cook yummy food…when she finds the time!

Mrs. Dalesio has spent her entire 16 year career at Governor's Ranch, and absolutely loves it! Originally from Portland, OR, a move to attend Colorado Christian University made Colorado her permanent home. She earned her bachelors in Education and then continued her college career to earn her Masters in Curriculum and Instruction a few years later. When not in the classroom, Mrs. Dalesio enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeremiah, and her two boys, Grayson and Jack. You can always find Mrs. Dalesio cheering on the Oregon Ducks football team, dreaming of her next DisneyWorld trip, or relaxing at home.

Mrs. Frederick moved to Colorado seven years ago from the island of Oahu, Hawaii. She is married to Shaun and together they have three children, Troy (12), Annalise (9), and Johnathan (6).

Mrs. Frederick earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Hawaii and decided to go back for her Masters degree in Elementary Education from Chaminade University. She is now in her 12th year as an educator and is excited to be joining the powerful second grade team.

In her spare time she enjoys adventures with her family and friends to see all the beauty that Colorado has to offer. She has also visited more states living here, than she has in her entire lifetime! The most recent trip was her first experience visiting the east coast. She had the opportunity to do so through chaperoning the exciting GRE trip to Washington DC.

Mrs. Frederick is going into her seventh year at GRE and she is grateful to be able to work with all of the amazing children, staff, and families. School is an ohana (family in Hawaiian) or aiga (family in Samoan) to Mrs. Frederick and she is blessed to be a part of the GRE ohana everyday!
