Mrs. Dodge is excited to be the new Dean of Instruction at Governor’s Ranch. This will be her 18th year in education and her seventh year in Jeffco. Mrs. Dodge’s educational career has included being a kindergarten teacher, early childhood special education teacher, and preschool director. Mrs. Dodge considers herself a lifelong learner and has a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology, endorsements in Early Childhood and Special Education, and most recently earned a certificate in Educational Leadership along with her principal licensure. She has lived in Colorado almost her entire life and grew up in the small mountain town of Salida. Outside of school, Mrs. Dodge loves spending time with her family - her husband Tommy, who is a Jeffco teacher, her 11-year-old daughter Kennedie, and her 8-year-old son Quade. Her family is always on the go, and when not at her children's sporting events or theater performances, they enjoy being outside hiking, biking, skiing, camping, and paddle boarding! A few fun facts about Mrs. Dodge are that she is an avid hockey fan, her dog is even named after the Stanley cup, - GO AVS, she’s addicted to geocaching, and that she loves to scuba dive!
