Tech Troubleshooting Tips
Before calling the Family IT Helpline (303) 982-3438, please try the following steps:
- Logins:
- Use a Chrome browse. Sign out of all accounts and then sign in to only your school account (xxxxxxx@jeffcoschools.us where xxxxxxx is your student ID)
- Use the log-in "Sign In with Google" whenever presented
- For all District applications use your student ID (seven digits) and school password

- Extensions: clear non-school related Extensions (Here's How: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jlnJ_FtYfuIdALfs7HICwQ3ki09fy_3H-yCxvqUMY4E/edit)
If your Chromebook is damaged (cracked screen, missing keys, headphone jack not working, etc.) contact the Family IT Helpline (303-982-3438). If they determine that you need to turn it in for repair, contact Mr. Lucas to coordinate a time to drop it off and pick up a loaner device.
